Focus on the threads
The material used is 9 oz. denim with a soft touch. The warp is made of pure indigo yarn that has undergone more repeated rope-dyeing than usual, and the weft is made of gray yarn to give it depth.

The fabric is also given a used wash to give it a cozy look.
